Chester Rocking Horse Saddle
Whilst rocking horses were traditionally fitted with nailed-on saddles or fairly rudimentary removable ones, the Chester rocking horses often appeal to discerning horse lovers, who appreciate greater sophistication and a more lifelike approach to both rocking horse and tack. Accordingly, the Chester is 'tacked-up' by a Master Saddler, who uses the finest Sedgwick leather to produce scaled-down versions of fine saddles. Padded knee rolls can be incorporated as can a hunting breastplate. Dark havana and conker are preferred colours. A crupper and wool numnah add to the finishing touches.
